POWER OF ATTORNEY
In the state of California, you must have witnesses watch you sign your California power of attorney for it to be legally valid, and these witnesses must also sign to confirm that they have watched you sign it. You can either have two witnesses or use a notary if you choose. Power of Attorney, Estate Planning, Wills, Divorce Papers, Personal Legal Documents, Trusts, Grant Deeds, and all other Documents are handled.
HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVES
An advance healthcare directive is a legal document in which a person states what actions should be taken for their health if they are not able to make decisions for themselves due to illness or incapacity. In the United States, it has a legal status in itself, whereas in some countries, it is legally persuasive without being a legal document.
JAIL VISITS
At Rapid Notary Services, we offer jail notarizations including but not limited to; letters of permission, deeds of trusts, inability to appear, healthcare directives, power of attorney, and vehicle change of ownership/ releases. Jail notarial services are offered 7 days a week, by appointment.
Most county jails or detention facilities offer visiting hours outside of the normal visiting hours to accommodate all professionals. The presence of an attorney is not necessary during the signing, and most document signings can be finished in roughly 1 hour ( jail policies apply, please contact us for further information)
