APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
We strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. A deposit of $65 is required to book any service - this will be deducted from the total appointment cost. Accepted payments are cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. *We charge $15 per signature and travel fees depending on location.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $65 cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
We value your time as well as the time of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Wait time of more than 15 minutes will incur a $25 additional fee. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is give not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost time and resources. If an appointment is missed, including cancellation upon my arrival, a 50% cost of service is charged for these appointments. We appreciare your continued support and understanding.
FRIENDLY REMINDERS

Current Government issued I.D. such as: driver license, military ID, state issued photo I.D., passport with a photograph, signature and physical description of the signer. Expired I.D cards, drivers license, or passports will not be accepted.

In the event the signer does not have acceptable ID, 2 witnesses who are not named in the document and who do not have a financial interest in the document and who also have valid ID can be used as an alternative method to ID the signer.

You must have a completely filled out document. A blank and/or incomplete document will not be notarized.

The name that is being signed on the document must match the legal name of the individual signing on his/her I.D. card. Names on documents that do not legally correspond with an individual's ID card will not be notarized.

You must know which type of notarization is to be performed. (Usually an acknowledgement or jurat). Ask the issuer of the document for this information. A notary public is not an attorney and cannot make this decision for you.

For trust/estate documents, 2 witnesses non- family, or associated to the trust with a non-conflicting interest as a named beneficiary must be present.
